I am William

I began my photography journey in high school when we still used film. I have continued this journey off and on for decades. I have used my knowledge and experience to go beyond the typical parent with a camera and have elevated my craft of capturing tangible memories to a professional level. 

I have honed my craft with sports and have been hired by Rio Americano High School Football to capture their 2022 - 2024 seasons. I also captured the Rio's Basketball seasons since 2022. In addition, I have been hired by several parents for player packages spotlighting their athletes.

My photos of the Rio Girls Volleyball team were featured in three articles in the Charmichael Times newspaper. Additionally, I have been named one of the Top 8 Sports Photographers in Sacramento by PeerSpace.com

In addition, to sports, I have turned my attention to portraits. I began with senior portraits and I have expanded into family portraits as well. Even combining both family and senior photos in one session. Please visit my Portrait Gallery for examples.

I also enjoy wildlife photography as well. My bird photos posted on instagram (@WJC3Photos) gained the attention of the Sacramento Audubon Society and they asked me to address their members on the topic of bird photography in September of 2021.

It is my goal to use light to capture the moment and create a tangible memory. Please allow me to capture your memories.
